ADVERTISING & SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Exhibitors looking to maximise their return from the show may consider adding one or more of the following (limited availability) promotional opportunities to their stand booking.

1) ADVERTISE IN THE OFFICIAL SHOW MAGAZINE

The official show magazine is rightly regarded as essential reading for property professionals and investors alike.

IIn addition to the thousands distributed at the show an electronic version of this publication will be delivered to the ‘in box’ of 100,000+ property investors/trade professionals across the UK and abroad. To view a recent digital copy, click on the image below.

2) BE THE ‘SOLE’ ADVERTISER IN A PRE‑SHOW VISITOR EMAIL

In each of the 6 weeks preceding a show we will email a newsletter to 100,000+ investors and property professionals.

This audience comprises previous show visitors and others who have opted-in to receive property investment related material from us.

Because your advertisement is delivered in html format, it can include active links to your website or any other data collection point you choose. NOTE: There are only 6 slots available before each show.

3) BRANDED CARPET TILES

Carpet tiles position your brand (and stand location) under the noses – and feet! – of our show visitors.

You control the design – we handle the installation.

There are a maximum of 3 packages (of 5 tiles) available depending upon your stand location.

4) SPONSOR A THEATRE … OR 6

The 6 seminar theatres at the show (3 open areas in the main hall & 3 closed rooms on the 1st floor) in will host approximately 3000 visitors over both show days.

These visitors provide a captive audience for your brand.

Option 1:
Produce and provide us with 2 x roll up banners per theatre.

Option 2:
A branded hanging banner above a theatre.
Produce and provide us with 2 x roll up banners per theatre.

5) SPONSOR THE OFFICIAL SHOW BAG

Would you like to have thousands of miniposters moving around the exhibition hall advertising your brand?

Every visitor to the show is handed the official show bag (containing the official show magazine). One side of this displays the show name and sponsor logos. But the other side is available for a sponsor to use as required.

6) SPONSOR THE FLOORPLAN

Without doubt the most referred to document you will see within the exhibition hall. Advertisers can book the front or reverse cover (or both).

7) SPONSOR THE CATERING AREA

The catering area sits at the heart of the show and is the highest traffic area within the hall.
As such it offers an ideal location to raise your brand profile.

In addition to a large hanging banner, positionnYour literature in the area – and consider brandednT-shirts for the catering area staff!

8) BRANDED WALL PANELS ( in the “Seminar Corridor” )

The ‘Seminar Corridor’ is a high traffic area in the hall. Visitors must access the 1st floor seminar theatres via this route – thus cannot avoid your message.

Book 1 (or a package) of panel boards displaying your branding or ‘call to action’

Panels are 946mm wide x 2340mm high.

You simply supply your artwork as an eps file – we create and install the panel board for you.
